A 5- judge bench of the Supreme Court, led by CJI DY Chandrachud, has listed day-to-day sounds from August 2 on 23 writ petitions contesting a 2019 decision of the Union government on Composition 370. The move scrapped the special status to Jammu & Kashmir, bifurcating the state into two UTs- J&K and Ladakh, under Article 370.
