Appreciating the role of DC Samba SSP Samba and SHO Vijaypur for Registering an FIR against Land Grabbers including ex-BJP Minister Sh. Chandar Parkash Ganga Provincial President of JKNPP Jammu Mr. Rajesh Padgotra has demanded a thorough inquiry of all the Political Persons who were Ministers from Vijaypur constituency either of NC S.S Salathia, Dal Badlu S. Manjit Singh & other for land scam. Mr Pargotra also demanded a full probe for the Land Scam of Meen Charkan land comprising of 1457 kanals 7 Marlas which was required for installing a Factory by the Patanjali Authorities . Mr Pargotra further stated that 1457 K 7 M agricultural land was purchased @ Rs 2 lac per Kanal by the Sidco Development Corporation Bari Brahmana Limited from Raman Kumar and Rajneesh Puri who have purchased the said land from Soma Devi and Dharmi Devi widow of Sansar Singh and Tarlok Singh respectively through attorney @51000 per Kanal . In both the deals there was involvement of sh CP Ganga who for the pecuniary benefits, has approached the Commissioner cum Secretary Revenue J&K to obtain the Permission for the sale of said chunk of land. Mr Pargotra further stated that it was the biggest Conspiracy or Subterfuge played by the Ex Minister to hoodwink the two said Distressed and desperated ladies of Meen Charkan. Mr Pargotra also Demanded the Sealing of the Brick kilns and lime stone furnaces functioning near Patali more and stone crushers at different places which are creating pollutions. Mr. Pargotra further stated that in the disguise of political white attire the business of land grabbing is continuing and as such keeping in view the interest of the public and to save the innocent and immaculate public, PSA be imposed on CP Ganga of BJP ex-Minister .
Mr. Khajur Singh ex-Sarpanch Rahya & Joint Secretary-JKNPP and Raman Bali were also present in the press conference.
