Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be speaking to all Chief Ministers on April 27 and delivering his Mann Ki Baat address on April 26, two addresses which could determine the fate of the ongoing 40-day long lockdown post May 3.

Government sources said the Prime Minister would be seeking the opinion of the Chief Ministers on what should be the recourse to be taken once the lockdown ends on May 3, the meeting coming a week before the same. This will be the fourth PM-CMs video conference du.
