JAMMU, June 4: Rajinder Kumar Sharma, JKAS, Special Secretary to the Government, has been appointed by the Jammu and Kashmir government to serve as the UT Level Nodal Officer in the Jal Shakti Department and as the Chairman of the RAS Committee.
