Monday, the Gujarat Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) announced that four Islamic State "terrorists" had been detained at the Sardar Vallabhai Patel airport in this city. The ATS, in a concise note, said the four blamed, who were captured from the air terminal, were Sri Lankan residents and fear mongers of the Islamic State. More insights about the captures are anticipated. The ATS detained three Rajkot residents in August of last year on suspicion of having ties to Al Qaeda. They were at first sight working for a Bangladeshi overseer to radicalize and enroll individuals for the prohibited fear monger association.
