Wankhede guaranteed he was obliged to move toward the court in Delhi as both the Delhi and Mumbai police had neglected to lead an investigation into the grievance letters he addressed to them against Singh.
A court in Delhi on February 6 had given notice to the Delegate Chief of Police, South West Delhi guiding him to present an activity taken report on Wankhede's objections.
Wankhede in his request recorded in the HC against the ED's case said Singh and scarcely any influential individuals in power have released all organizations like the CBI, ED and NCB to fix him for some situation.
"The ED's case is a counter impact to the objection documented by the solicitor (Wankhede) against IPS Gyaneshwar in January 2024," his supplication said.
It further claimed that Wankhede had gotten a call compromising him to pull out the objections he has submitted against Singh and leave his post as IRS official.
Wankhede was reserved by the CBI in May keep going year on charges of looking for Rs 25 crore pay off for not outlining Shah Rukh Khan's child Aryan Khan in the medications on-journey case.
The CBI booked Wankhede and others for supposed criminal trick (120-B IPC), and danger of coercion (388 IPC) other than arrangements relating to pay off under the Counteraction of Defilement Follow up on an objection from the NCB.
Aryan Khan was captured in the supposed medication bust case on the Cordelia journey transport on October 2, 2021.
Afterward, the NCB recorded a chargesheet in the medications on-journey body of evidence against 14 blamed however gave a spotless chit to Aryan Khan.
The much-advertised case took a curve when an 'free observer's had guaranteed in 2021 that Rs 25 crore was requested by a NCB official and different people, including an observer Gosavi, to let off Aryan Khan.
