The company released the Intel Arc A580 desktop graphics card earlier this week. According to the American tweeter, the new mid-range GPU is aimed at creators and gamers. Gamers can play popular games at full 1080p resolution at high settings with the new Intel Arc A580 GPU.


According to information shared by the company, it also offers high frame rates in sports games. At the same time, the graphics card also supports Intel XESS and hardware-accelerated ray tracing. Intel Arc A580, which was announced several months ago, has finally reached the global market. The display controller has 24 Xe cores and 24 ray tracers. The company says it has a maximum clock speed of 1700MHz and is equipped with 8GB of GDDR6 VRAM with a memory bandwidth of 512GB/s.

The recently launched Intel Arc 5 series desktop graphics card has a total power (TBP) of 185 W. It features a slightly less powerful version of the GPU found in Intel's more expensive Arc A770 and A750 GPUs.

The Intel Arc A580 product page states that gaming offers high frame rates of 1080p for popular titles. For example, it offers 155 fps and 119 fps in Diablo IV and Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered. The chip maker is also touting the AI ​​capabilities of the Arc A580 GPU. These include workloads that involve device-creating AI tasks, such as run stable hashes. It also supports Intel's XeSS AI-based image enhancement technology, which relies on the company's Intel Xe Matrix Extensions (Intel XMX) technology. According to the company, the price of the new Intel A580 graphics card starts at $179 (about 14,900 rubles). The new mid-range graphics card is now available from manufacturers such as ASRock, Gunnir and Sparkle in regions where other Arc GPUs such as Intel Arc 750 and Intel Arc A770 are also available.
