Business schools operate in a very different corporate environment now than it was when they opened in the early 20th century. These changes have been greatly accelerated by today's market disruption and changes in the demands that businesses must meet - such as sustainability, inclusion, diversity, and integrating AI. However, many argue that the business education sector has not kept pace with the rate of change. In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, a crisis developed. In addition to the global health crisis, business schools are also facing the existential crisis of collapsing revenues. However, it can be argued that the crisis presented an opportunity for higher education institutions to pivot and grow.Today, just as businesses and their leaders must navigate systems interconnected by balancing competing priorities, connecting multiple perspectives, and leading with compassion in order to succeed in the 21st century, B-schools must also reinvent themselves. AN OPPORTUNITY FOR INNOVATION AMIDST RAPID CHANGE .In light of the post-pandemic business transformation, business education must also change. As a result of a pandemic, business leaders have been challenged to adapt, innovate, take entrepreneurial action, develop a vision, set a trajectory for the future, and inspire team commitment and motivation, all attributes of effective leadership. In addition to macro trends emerging in the post-pandemic business and society, business schools are launching hybrid learning pathways with synchronous and asynchronous content in order to develop leaders capable of building a sustainable and equitable society. Thanks to a new level of technological literacy, digital learning has become more acceptable in the executive space post-pandemic. With the world of work becoming hybrid, leadership expectations growing, and business challenges growing more complex, business schools are raising their game. In response to these challenges and opportunities, they are offering online MBAs, adapting educational pathways, and developing programs. It is possible to create effective educational models when technology such as AI and Machine Learning is combined with traditional pedagogy and academic values. Education is changing, so learning and work must be integrated in ways that work for people's families, work schedules, and career goals. Business schools must rethink how they approach high-touch experiential events to build learning capacity. As business schools face the challenges of the 21st century, they are focusing on the 'what' as much as the 'how'. A post-pandemic world requires enhanced skills and mindsets, as well as contextual learning and high-impact, applied knowledge. Students will be able to practice empathy and teamwork as well as take creative risks in a dynamic, safe learning environment that emphasizes soft skills and action-learning tools. A steady stream of executive courses will be launched in the coming years to address today's changing business environment, as business content shifts in MBAs, EMBAs, and executive education. Business schools must be prepared to adapt to evolving ways of thinking, and to diverse perspectives. In the meantime, students must realize that they will be the ones who hold the levers for future success by demonstrating leadership courage and mastering smart execution. Students and faculty are experiencing technology in greater depth as institutions prepare for the new normal. It's imperative to prepare for ever-changing scenarios brought about by the continuing pandemic as part of the evolving normal. Institutions need to adapt their technology use accordingly. Additionally, they need to update faculty training and devote resources to instructional design to improve online and hybrid learning. Invention truly begins with necessity!
