�Delhi could already be experiencing 3rd wave of Covid-19�, warns Health Minister Satyendar Jain

The Covid-19 pandemic must be indicating a downward graph in India but the approaching winter season could prove ominous to the people of Delhi as the third wave of coronavirus outbreak could very well have set in already. Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain on Thursday, however, said that it is too early to state that with conviction, but it could possibly be true. �It is too early to say that Delhi is experiencing the third wave of Covid-19 cases. We must wait for another week in order to definitively say that, but it�s possible that we are already in that phase,� Jain said. He said that the figures projected by experts on surge in daily Covid-19 cases may not reach that level, but �we want to be prepared�. �The entire family, close contacts even asymptomatic ones, of Covid-19 positive cases are being tested, which is why we are seeing a rise in cases. We have changed the strategy and are going for aggressive contact tracing and testing for Covid-19,� the Delhi Health Minister said.
