A hotel in Paris turned its underground swimming pool into a restaurant for people to enjoy a private dining experience.

The novel coronavirus pandemic has forced the travel and hospitality industry to revamp and find unexpected ways to serve guests safely. And some hotels and restaurants are coming up with quite unique models. One such hotel is Les Bains in Paris. Les Bains has been closed for almost six months because of the novel coronavirus pandemic. But that hasn't stopped its restaurant Roxo from giving a safe and exceptional experience to the customers.

According to Insider, Roxo has come up with an interesting way to let its customers dine. The hotel, which used to be a bathhouse in the 19th century, drained its iconic pool and repurposed it into an exclusive dining spot. Yes, you read that right. The Instagram page of the hotel posted pictures of the exciting location and revealed that the pool was a hidden place, invisible to the public eye, dating back to 1885.

After the hotel changed it into a restaurant, people can now have private dinner under chandeliers, dark pool lights and glowing ambience. The space is set up with a long table and eight spots for guests to sit in.
