Class X & XII Bi-Annual exams from 21 Sep, 35k students to appear

More than 35,000 students are set to appear for class X and XII Bi-Annual examinations in Kashmir from September 21. Students who have passed two or more than two subjects have already been promoted to the next class. However, those students who have a backlog in four or more subjects will have to appear in a bi-annual examination.

Joint Secretary Examination, BOSE, Dr. Aijaz Ahmad Hakak told that around 28,000 students are appearing for the class 10th bi-annual examination and around 7,000 students for class 12th bi-annuals.
�We have identified 515 examination centers for class X student. There will be 206 centers for students appearing in class 12th bi-annuals. We have also passed directions for the sanitization of exam centers. Many exam centers were earlier makeshift COVID-19 wellness centers. We have also directed to shift these centers before the examination,� he said.
