BJP panchayat member goes missing in Shopian

A BJP Panchayat member has gone missing from the Shopian district of Jammu & Kashmir. The missing has been identified as Nissar Ahmed and he went to Shopian for some work.
Nissar Ahmed has been missing from last two days. While the search operation has begun, the police have come in contact with a viral audio clip from militant�s, which states that the Panchayat member has been killed by them. The police are yet to verify the audio message.
The grass-root workers of BJP have time and again been targeted by the militants. However, further developments in the case are expected soon.
