Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha J&K today held a strong protest at BJP Party office Kacchi Chawni against the brutal killing of Sh. Ajay Pandita(Bharti), the Sarpanch of Lakhipora area in Anantnag by the Pak sponsored terrorists in his native village. The Yuva Morcha activists led by it’s President Sh. Arundev Singh burned the effigy of Pak PM Imran Khan and Flag of Pakistan to mark their protest.
Amid the chanting of anti-Pakistan and anti-militants slogans Arundev Singh said that the way, in which Sarpanch Ajay Pandita was killed in cold blood shows the frustration of terrorists to disrupt the ongoing peace process in Kashmir. Pakistan and its sponsored terrorists will have to pay a heavy price for their misdeeds and their attempt to silence the voices of people in Kashmir will go in vain. The attempts to prevent people from minority religion from settling in Kashmir shows that the Pak based militant outfits want to destabilise the religious harmony of J&K and to strike a fear among the minority hindus of Jammu & Kashmir from raising their voice against the Jihadi propaganda.
He further said that the plans to spread militancy in Kashmir like the unfortunate years of 1990s will be foiled by the Indian Army and Nationalist people of Jammu & Kashmir and the perpetrators of this Cowardly act should be neutralised as soon as possible.
At the end of the protest the BJYM J&K workers held a prayer for the departed soul at the party office Kacchi Chawni. UT Vice President BJYM J&K Shrey Sethi, Hariom Sharma, Rinku Choudhary, Preeti Choudhary along with other prominent members of BJYM J&K and the workers from BJYM Jammu District Led by it's President Anil Kumar and workers from BJYM Jammu West led by it's President Sh. Reetiz Khajuria were also present at the protest
