Outreach and Drop In Center (ODIC), working under J&K Society for Promotion of Youth and Masses, a NGO, celebrated Holi festival with drug addicts and their family members besides imparting awareness on drug abuse and its ill effects at their center situated at Gol-Pully, Talab Tillo.

The objective of the celebration was to generate awareness among general masses regarding ill-effects of drug abuse and Outreach and Drop In Centre running under the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment.

The centre celebrated Holi with drug addicts and their family members and registered them under NGOs Outreach and Drop-in Centre programme. Centre Incharge Shikha along with her team Monika, Mehar and Pushp of JKSPYM ODIC project were also present on the occasion.
