Nepal closed one of its resorts for three months and canceled the license. The main reason behind this is the security of the resort. Explain that 8 Indians were killed in this resort, due to which Nepal was forced to take this big step.

The accident occurred due to gas leaks from the heater at a resort in Makwanpur district. At that time, 15 tourists from Kerala were present in the hotel, out of which 8 died. It also had four minors. The incident took place on 21 January. The tourism department closed its Everestak Panorama resort in Daman for three months on Sunday.

During the investigation, it was found that the committee did not have adequate security arrangements and proper service was not being provided to the guests. Apart from this, the standards set for the resort were also not being followed there. If the resort is to be resumed after three months, the management there will have to upgrade their services.

The incident took place on 21 January. The tourism department on Sunday closed its Everest Panorama resort in Daman for three months. The report was submitted by the inquiry committee, taking on the responsibility entrusted to investigate the accident and then the resort has been closed. According to the police who reached the resort after the accident, all the tourists were found unconscious in the room. He was immediately rushed to the hospital where he was declared brought dead.
