Security powers have busted a narco-dread module in Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara region by capturing three people and recuperating arms, ammo and booty from their ownership, police said on Saturday.
A snare was laid by the police and Armed force in Karnah area of north Kashmir region on an info that an individual was attempting to track down buyers for heroin, said a police representative.
The representative said that two people were captured with around 500 gram heroin.
The representative distinguished the people as Shafeeq Ahmad Sheik, an inhabitant of Khawarparab Karnah, and Tariq Ahmad Malik, an occupant of Baghballa.
Further examination uncovered the presence of three guns with someone else distinguished as Parvez Ahmed Pathan, an inhabitant of Sadhpura, the representative said.
He said that Pathan was captured in a joint strike by the police and Armed force, adding three guns, 76 gun adjusts, six gun magazines and roughly 5 kg of thought dangerous were recuperated from his ownership.
A case has been enrolled and further cross examinations and examination is continuous, the representative said.
