US President Joe Biden on Friday declared that Israel has proposed to Hamas, a three-step guide to getting through truce in the locale.

"Presently after concentrated strategy completed by my group and my numerous discussions with heads of Israel, Qatar and Egypt and other Center Eastern nations, Israel has offered a far reaching new proposition. It's a guide to a getting through truce and the arrival of all prisoners," Biden said at the White House.
