Vladimir Putin will get down to business as Russian President for the fifth time on Tuesday, the Kremlin reported on Monday. The initiation will start around early afternoon Moscow time and last about 60 minutes.

Before the beginning of the occasion, Putin will be headed to the Excellent Kremlin Royal residence in an extravagance vehicle. The state banner, the official norm, the Russian Constitution, and the official sign — a brilliant cross with the escutcheon of the Russian Organization on a chain will be brought into the fundamental corridor. On the converse side of the cross is a round emblem, around the periphery of which is the saying "Advantage, Honor and Brilliance."
