Congress to document PIL requesting Annual Expense activity against BJP

Congress financier Ajay Maken today said they would document a PIL in the court requesting Personal Duty (IT) activity against the BJP for having unaccounted cash worth more than Rs 40 crore.

In the most recent move, the IT division has given a notification of Rs 1,823 crore to Congress.

The office has previously removed Rs 135 crores from Congress' record regarding another case.

"According to BJP's record data accessible on the Political race Commission's site, 1,297 individuals have given Rs 42 crore to BJP in 2017-18 and their names and addresses are missing," Maken said at a public interview here today.

The IT division froze Congress accounts on cash store of Rs 14 lakh, however BJP's Rs 42-crore infringement isn't seen by IT office, Ajay Maken asserted.

BJP has disregarded the standards, because of which they should suffer a consequence of Rs 4,600 crore, Maken added.

"Our interest is that the IT office ought to apply similar principles to BJP, as they have been applied to Congress," Maken said.
