DPAP director Ghulam Nabi Azad on Monday said that statehood ought to be reestablished to Jammu and Kashmir following the gathering decisions are held in the Association domain.

On PM Narendra Modi's visit to Kashmir not long from now, Azad said that it was a late visit. "The PM visits different pieces of the country. His visit to Kashmir was late, he visited Jammu last week (month). I will demand the PM to complete the works which the nearby government can't do. I would demand that two nuclear energy projects - - one each in Kashmir and Jammu districts - - with a complete age limit of 4,000 MW be set up to guarantee there is no energy shortage in Jammu and Kashmir," he added.
