The Focal Government has announced the Sumji group as well as the Bhat group of the Muslim Gathering Jammu and Kashmir as Unlawful Affiliations. In a post on X on Friday, Association Home Clergyman Amit Shah said, "These outfits have been taking part in exercises against the sway and trustworthiness of the country. Top state leader Shri Narendra Modi Ji's not set in stone to evacuate psychological warfare and anybody engaged with unlawful exercises will confront critical outcomes."

As per Association Home Clergyman Amit Shah, these outfits have been participated in exercises against the sway and uprightness of the country.
On Tuesday, the public authority stretched out by five years the boycott forced on the Jamaat-e-Islami, Jammu Kashmir, for presenting danger to country's security.

In a notice on Wednesday, the Association Home Service said the Muslim Gathering Jammu and Kashmir-Sumji group (MCJK-S), led by Ghulam Nabi Sumji, is known for its enemies of India and favorable to Pakistan misleading publicity and its individuals have been engaged with supporting fear monger exercises and offering calculated help to psychological militants in J&K.

Numerous crook bodies of evidence have been enrolled against the Sumji group and its individuals under different segments of regulation including the Unlawful Exercises (Anticipation) Act, 1967. The pioneers and individuals from MCJK-S have been associated with raising finances through different sources including from Pakistan and its intermediary associations for executing unlawful exercises, remembering supporting psychological militant exercises and supported stone-pelting for security powers in J&K, the warning said.

The Muslim Gathering Jammu and Kashmir (Bhat group) is associated with advancing, helping and abetting the severance in Jammu and Kashmir from India by supporting psychological warfare and including itself in unlawful exercises, which is biased to the sway, security and respectability of India. Numerous crook arguments have been enrolled against the Muslim Meeting Jammu and Kashmir (Bhat group) and its individuals under different segments of regulation including the Unlawful Exercises (Counteraction) Act, 1967, official sources said.
