PM Modi & U.S President relationship incredible, will benefit both countries in future: Donald Trump Jr

The relationship between Donald Trump and Prime Minister Narendra Modi is "incredible", said U.S President's son Donald Trump Jr, adding that it will benefit both the countries in the future. Donald Trump Jr also said that the U.S President and PM Narendra Modi understand that the two democracies are together in a "big fight against socialism and communism".

Donald Trump Jr said, "I think the relationship of my father President Donald Trump and PM Narendra Modi is incredible. It has been an honor to watch and I love that they have a great and powerful relationship that will benefit both of our countries going into the future."

Donald Trump Jr was quoted on the sidelines of an event in Long Island, New York on Sunday.

"When I saw the reception that my father Donald Trump received in India a few months ago was absolutely overwhelming. I think they understand that the two democracies like that are together are in a big fight against socialism and communism spreading all over the world," Donald Trump Jr said.

Donald Trump Jr, who is leading the re-election campaign for his 74 year old father in the United States, also said that Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden is "not good" for India as he could be soft on China.

At an event to celebrate the "success" of his book that talks about graft allegations against the Bidens, Donald Trump Jr said that no one better understands the threat of China than the Indian Americans and Joe Biden, if elected, will not be good for India.
